# cannot access wp-admin

 * Please help.
 * I followed the directions for Using a pre-existing subdirectory install from 
   here: [http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory](http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory)
   but now I have 2 issues
 * 1) I cannot access my wp-admin dashboard to log in (page not found)
 * 2) my site is there but the theme is not
 * Please help. Many thanks!

 * leoncito1973 – I found this article and once I hard coded the wp-config file 
   I was able to access my dashboard again.
