# Cannot access wp-admin

 * So I am just re-installing WordPress after I failed to move it last time. I think
   it failed because of some residual stuff in my database or something. Anyway,
   I uninstalled everything, made a new MySQL database and started again. Now I’ve
   successfully gone through the /wp-admin/install.php but now when I log in, I 
   get a 403 error when it gets to root/wp-admin/
 * Any way that I can fix this?

 * Yes, I have the exact same problem.. any ideas?
