# Cannot activate it!

 * I have a very strange issue: I can’t activate the plugin.
 * I click and click on “activate” and it never gets activated.
    Any idea what the
   issue could be?

 * Maybe the upload is incomplete. Please remove the plugin (via FTP if possible)
   and re-install the plugin.

 * Thank you for taking the time man, appreciate it!
 * I tried to purge the cash of both Autoptimize and Site Ground’s own plugin and
   it worked fine.
 * Unless it was a real major coincidence, I suspect one of the two plugins was 
   interfering.
 * Can’t wait to test it now!

 * Hey, I’m Autoptimize’s developer; AO only optimizes visitor-facing pages, so 
   most likely culprit is SG cache (and specifically the db/ object caching layer
   there).
