# Cannot activate Plugin

 * Dear Alexander,
 * Love your plug-in – tested it on localhost a few months ago and it worked nicely.
   Now, online, it’s not working that great.
 * On the main website, it is impossible to activate the plugin. I get the message
   in quotes. I have deactivated all other plugins, switched to standard theme (
   twenty sixteen) and still no luck.
 * What do you advice?
    Let me know if you need any other info.

 * I don’t have multisite (I wrote “main site” because I have a secondary instalation
   on a subdomain – from what I know, multisite means same WP instalation).

 * Do you restored DB from localhost on main site or just installed it from scratch?

 * Ok, seems like something was happened during activation (timeout or your MySQL
   server settings is without transactions).
 * Try to open your DB and remove from those table `wp_term_taxonomy` all records,
   which starts from “wpt_”.
