The one downloaded from my WP dashboard must be corrupted. I was able to download a template full website no problem with this plugin on this page. The plugin somehow caused this problem. I had to log in to my hosting account (I use InMotion Hosting) and use the Softaculous script installer to remove the WP installation…then delete the add on domain and start from scratch. Once I added the add on domain back I reinstalled WP using Softaculous and then was able to get into my website once again. This time I did not search for the Starter Templates plug in…instead I downloaded the file from the WordPress.org site then uploaded it into WprdPress and installed it. There were no issues with this process. Keep in mind that I am not a hi level tech. I am sure there is a better fix but that is all I knew how to do. I am happy to see it is fixed and the plug in is still something we can all use because I think it is the best thing ever.
