# cannot add css file

 * I created css file and add to change the design of form page.( used plug in contact
   form 7)
    however, I can not see the customize menu at appearnce on WordPress.
   How can I set up css file to wordpress while using this template? I can see hte
   cutom menu at appearacne section before installing this template.

 * yes, it is. I would like to upload css file but there is no customize sub menu
   inside Appearance menu.
    There is only 4 submenu inside ” appearance menu”
