# Cannot add forms

 * Hi, I am suddenly not able to post any forms to my page. It used to be that I
   would make the form (which I am still able to do). When when I create the tournament,
   I am able to add a field, then add the form to that field. I do not see any way
   to add a form now.
 * Also, on the pages where I previously added forms, I am getting a strange message
   when editing. It says “Your site doesn’t include support for the “tw/form-maker”
   block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a custom HTML 
   block, or remove it entirely.”
 * Anyone else having this issue? I have the business version of Form Maker.
