# Cannot add Maps

 * I have added 2 categories, I can’t seem to add any maps however but the “tool”
   appears on my hompage anyway. Upon trying it out, it gets stuck on check out 
   it seems, blank page.

 * sorry for inconvenience caused to you, the problem is with your database access
   and thus plugin cannot update certain table.
 * we are currently working on it, and optimizing our plugin for best performance.
 * if you can send us access to your database we can fix it faster:
    1 give me admin
   access to wordpress 2 give me db access if possible
 * OR run below SQL query to your Database:
 * 1 “alter TABLE `wp_eo_wbc_cat_maps` ADD `discount` VARCHAR(20) not null DEFAULT‘
   0%’ AFTER `second_cat_id`”

 * I would love to give you my username and password as well as db access but for
   obvious reasons I wish not to display these on this forum for everyone to see.
 * Is there an email address I can send the information you require to?
 * I appreciate your support by the way, your plugin is just the thing I am looking
   for to bring our Cosmetic Private Label Website up to date.

   your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please
   _never ask for credentials._ I have flagged your account temporarily. That just
   means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will

 * Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and
   a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some
   ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the
   person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
 * If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable
   for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided
   without warranty.
 * **Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking
   you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.**
