# cannot add new slideshow.

 * after clicking on NEW, neither i can add new slideshow nor add slides; new slideshow
   didn’t show on screen. please tell me how can i fix this issue.

 * Thanks for using MetaSlider.
    - Does this happen when you go to “MetaSlider” > “Home” > “Add New”? If so, 
      what do you see on the next screen?
    - What you have done to debug this so far? Tested different browsers? Tried 
      disabling other plugins?

 * Yes, I found same error even after deactivating all the plugins. I tried to install
   again and try but same result. when click on add new; the screen remain same,
   I also tried to edit from other side where “trash” option available but screen
   remain same. I tried to share screenshot but due to URL didn’t upload photo. 
   please do needful. Thanks

 * I was using zita theme that’s why it was not showing, now I change the theme;
   the problem is fixed. “**Create a slideshow with sample images**” is showing 
   now but can not upload photos yet. By click on NEW result remain same as was 
   in previous theme. currently using **Twenty Twenty-ThreeVersion: 1.1**
