# Cannot Add Source

 * When I click to Add Source, then enter email, then confirm my email your website
   gives me this response:
   “Error: Email is already registered and verified.”
 * I have repeated this multiple times and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling
   the plugin, but I cannot get past this block/bug that won’t allow me to add a
   Source.
 * Please help me to resolve.
