# Cannot Add User

 * Every time I try to add a user, the person never receives the confirmation email
   to activate their account. I’m an admin on the site.
 * The Help option at the top of the Add User page says “New users will receive 
   an email letting them know they’ve been added as a user for your site. This email
   will also contain their password. Check the box if you don’t want the user to
   receive a welcome email.” However, there is no box for me to check that will 
   bypass the email option. And if I don’t bypass the email option, they never receive
   the email and then can never login.
 * How do I add users without running into these problems?
