# cannot authenticate store

 * Hello i just installed the plugin and am attempting to use it. First I goto plugins
   at wp backend and open settings of the plugin, and go to api settings, and generate
   api key which is a key attached to the website url string, then i copy this and
   goto chrome extention settings of the plugin and try to add in the key and it
   is stuck on authenticating store, so no response and cannot import any products
   from alixpress

 * Hello, perhaps something is blocking your connection between chrome extension
   and your website. Please disable your firefall/antivirus software temporarily.
   And try again.
