# Cannot Authorize

 * Just installed the plugin, attempted to run the authorization.
 * It doesn’t work — just gives me the message “Sorry, there was an error authorizing
   with Unbounce. Please try again.” I’ve tried again multiple times.
 * Is there a workaround to get the plugin activated with my UnBounce account?

   explaining the issue, and include the email address you use to log in to your
   Unbounce account? I’ve let our coaches know they can expect a message from you,
   and we’ll get this sorted out right away!
