# Cannot backup

 * Hello I have a website that I just installed : WP, Blocksy theme and Updraft,
   that’s it, did not even begin to configure whatever but Updraft
   I am trying to
   save on FTP, and all seems fine, I can connect to the updraft folder in wp-content,
   its permission is 755, I launch a backup, and I have a success message.BUT, the
   zip is just empty (0ko and that’s it, absolutly nothing savesPHP : 8.2, all uptodatehere

 * Thank you for following up.
 * Could you please try downloading the backup files directly via FTP from the `
   wp-content/updraft` folder and check if their file size is really showing as 
   0 KB on your local machine? Sometimes the file manager or backup report may show
   an empty size even though the files are actually present.
