The sender and receiver addresses are different in my country and cannot be adjusted, and the print settings have also become very difficult. It was better in older versions.

    Hi @digikalagesti,

Our plugin generates documents based on WooCommerce order data. If the shipping address is present in the WooCommerce order, please make sure the “Shipping Address” option is enabled in the invoice template. You can check this by navigating to: Invoice/Packing > Invoice > Customize

Regarding the print settings, could you please share more details about the issues you’re facing? This will help us understand the problem better and guide you accordingly.

It is not possible to change the location of the address on the postal receipt.

    Hi @digikalagesti,

Please note that if you are referring to moving the Shipping Address module to a different position within the document, this functionality is not available in the free version of the plugin.

If you are looking to change the format of the shipping address, you may use this code snippet to update it to the EU format.

However, if neither of these applies and your goal is simply to update the shipping address in the WooCommerce order edit page and have this updated address reflected in the invoice, please enable the “Use latest settings for invoice” option in the Invoice plugin settings (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General). This will ensure the invoice uses the most recently updated order details.

If we have misunderstood your request, kindly share more details so we can provide accurate guidance.

    Hi @digikalagesti,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
