The package settings (header) do not appear with some themes. * – Twenty Nineteen without CSS: same problem (header only, no sections) – Twenty Sixteen without CSS: same problem (header only, no sections) – Twenty Seventeen without CSS: no header and no sections – Twenty Twenty without CSS: no header and no sections – my theme (HashOne) without CSS: no header and no sections – all plugins deactivated: no sections and no header (even with Twenty Sixteen and HashOne themes) * Could you please tell me what are the CSS elements (id and class) related to the header and the sections? All users can access download files whatever their access roles even if I deactivate all access roles in the category.
