Cannot change the About Author image

Hi I cannot change the image in the About Author plugin, the “upload” button jumps when you click on it.
I cannot make a screenshot as the upload button only jumps on the click.
Please can someone be of assistance or if this plugin is “broken” then let the users know so we can find something else to use.
