# Cannot complete account setup

 * I have set up the rencontre plugin.
    I am on stage 2 of 3 of the set up and is
   unable to set up location and country as i am getting an error — 1 incomplete
   fields or error. Not sure what to do
 * please help

 * I think you don’t have the countries and regions in DB.
    Check in Rencontre >
   Countries if you see the countries list. If not, if you see “_The country table
   is empty. You can load the countries and regions by default if you wish._“, click
   the button “_Load countries_“.
