 * Hi,
 * I’ve just installed this plugin. I’ve created the API key and authorized the
   access.
 * However, after authorizing, it keeps returning to the same screen (Please click
   the button to authorize with Mautic). If I click authorize again, it keeps always
   on the same page.
 * No errors on screen or console.
 * Is this plugin still functional?

 * Hello [@alantygel](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alantygel/) ,
 * Some time this happen because of mautic cache and permission folder.
 * If you are using the legacy Mautic 2.x series
 * There are several ways to do that.
 * The easiest is to navigate to the folder where your Mautic has setup and follow
   this path: path-to-mautic/app/. You will find the cache folder there. Delete
   its content or just rename the current cache folder to something like cache_bkup
   or _cache.
 * Through terminal command: navigate to the Mautic root folder and then run the
   following command- `php app/console cache:clear`.
 * if you are using the legacy Mautic 3.x series
 * The easiest is to navigate to the folder where your Mautic has setup and follow
   this path: path-to-mautic/bin/. You will find the cache folder there. Delete
   its content or just rename the current cache folder to something like cache_bkup
   or _cache.
 * after clearing the cache please set the cache folder permission 0775
 * With Regards

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the answer.
 * I’m using Mautic 2.x.
 * app/cache folder was already 775.
 * I’ve cleared the cache using the console command.
 * Then I tried again to connect, and the situation was the same.
 * Any other hints?

    Again Reauthorize
   with Mautic the issue must be resolved.
