# Cannot complete Pro installation.

 * Hi,
 * No matter what I do, I always get the following message: “Your Pretty Link Pro
   installation isn’t quite complete yet. Automatically Upgrade to Enable Pretty
   Link Pro”. When I click on the link, I get a message telling me my plugin is 
   up to date. Afterwards, the above message comes back again.
 * I’m using WordPress in multi-site mode with 6 sites. I have installed the plugin
   at the network level and activated it for only one of the sites in the set.
 * Please help.

 * Hi Michel,
    Sound like the hosting setup may be blocking the auto-upgrade. Delete
   the lite version completely, and download the Pro files from prettylinkpro.com—
   there’s a link to the actual download page in the welcome email you received 
   when purchasing.
