# Cannot complete setup wizard

 * When I click “finish” on the Terms and Conditions wizard, I receive the error“
   Not all required fields are completed yet. Please check the steps to complete
   all required questions.”
 * All required fields have data in them. I literally don’t have any other information
   to offer.

 * In complianz => settings there’s an export option. If you can send the resulting
   json file to us at support (at) complianz.io I can reproduce the behavior and
   check what the problem is.

 * You’ll be shocked to learn that this was user error.
