# Cannot connect

 * Hi, I download WAMP 64-bit for Windows.
 * I tried localhost/phpmyadmin in firefox and IE but it would not connect. I double-
   checked to see if the WAMP server was running and it said 1 of 2 services running.
   This is a fresh instal. Can anyone help. I have not modified any files such as
   wp-config as yet.

 * Though I concede that it is very useful, I must say that strictly speaking phpmyadmin
   is not a WordPress issue. Is it included as part of the WAMP suite ? How do you
   get it running in WAMP ? The WAMP community will know.
 * You need to follow the instructions with WAMP, these will surely include editing
   wp-config.php
