# Cannot create button, buffer wheel just spins

 * I’m trying to create a subscription button but the buffering wheel just spins.
   It’ll allow me to create a button but it never saves so as soon as I click away
   it disappears. I’ve searched the forum but can’t find anything similar that might
   help.
