# Cannot create custom feed

 * When I created a custom feed, it said 404 when I tried to download the XML feed.
   
   I could find the stat for the custom feed but not the file.
 * The XML directory is writable on the server.

 * Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing
   issues with your feed.
 * A 404 page could be caused by a couple of things:
    - Some security/firewall setting on your website is preventing our plugin from
      writing files to the directory;
    - A misconfiguration of the feed which results in no feed being created
    - The feed is stuck processing and just not finished yet
 * Does the feed show the status ‘ready’ or is it still processing?

 * Well, it showed ready and it showed me statistics that said how many products
   were in the feeds.

 * The site does install a wordfence firewall. However I deactivated the plugin,
   created another feed, but still returns me a 404 when I tried to download the
   feed.

 * I’ve found out it was due to the incorrect media path set on WP. Once I changed
   to the correct one, it worked. Thanks for your help though.
