# Cannot create new menu

 * Steps:
    – In appearance section of WordPress dashboard, click on Menus. – Enter
   menu name in menu name field. – CLick on the Create Menu button.
 * Result:
    – User is forwarded to wp-admin/nav-menus.php which is blank but displays
   the following errors:
 * Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\…\wp-admin\includes\menu.
   php on line 18
 * Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\…\wp-admin\includes\menu.
   php on line 67
 * Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings in C:\…\wp-admin\includes\
   plugin.php on line 889
 * Currently using Xampp running PHP version 5.3.1. I also used the Joomla to wordpress
   migrator plugin.
