# Cannot create new shortcodes

 * Hello I’m unable to create new “simple zazzle” shortcodes. When I save the new
   simple zazzle it just shows the original one. Also when I tried to click “duplication”
   nothing happened. It said “The selected short code setting was successfully duplicated”
   but only one entry remained.

    Sorry for the late reply.
 * With my WordPress (local environment, online environment), I can create shortcodes
   without any problems.
    So I would like to know what is causing your site not 
   to work. Please answer the questions below as much as possible. ・ WordPress 
   version ・ Zazzle country ・ Store or Collection ・ Other concerns
 * I want to solve the problem.

 * Hi I’m sorry for the late reply. I installed the plugin on another site with 
   all the same settings and I’m not having the same problem. Something must have
   become corrupted. I don’t think it’s a problem with the plugin.
