    Hello,

I am having an issue where I cannot create tickets on my event pages. When I try to & then click “Create Ticket” nothing happens & the block goes back to “There are no tickets yet”.

I went through the troubleshooting process of testing conflicts & it seems that Woocommerce is causing the issue. I am able to create tickets just fine with the built in ticket commerce, but I would prefer to use Woocommerce.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Edit: Also I noticed the “attendees” link for each event on the events dashboard disappears when I switch from the ticket commerce to Woocommerce.

  • Hi @luk3v,

The WooCommerce integration is something available on our paid plugin version only.

Since you have an active license for a paid plugin and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Also, it ensures we’re following the WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users support (that can’t be done here as that’s a forum for the free plugins only).

One of my colleagues will be with you shortly. We look forward to helping you out with this one.
