# Cannot create tickets

 * Hello, I’ve set up wsdesk but am not able to create any tickets.
 * I’ve used chrome incognito to try and submit a ticket from new user. When i click
   submit it looks like it submits because the screen refreshes and resets the form
   but theres no thank you page or error and no ticket is created on the backend.

 * Check in the WSDesk General settings if you have allowed all users to be able
   to raise the tickets:

 * We haven’t received any tickets regarding this. Please update your ticket number
   here once you create a ticket. So that we can have a reference to it.
