 * Hi,
 * I’ve used this plugin to flawlessly move a WP site (this was weeks ago) so I’m
   not sure what the problem is the server I’m moving to has all the requirements.
 * I keep getting this single error of “cannot create user” and of course, the package
   is not unzipped and nothing really is done, although I see the success screen.

 * Bad thing is… the old hosting account I’m moving the site from has expired so
   I’m left with either making duplicator correctly restore the site or find a way
   to do it manually with the files and database.
