# Cannot create zip-archive

 * Hello!
    First, thanks for this very useful WordPress Plugin!
 * If I want to download a photo album (I activated to show the “Download album”),
   I get the error message on a popup message:
    “Cannot create zip-archive” then,
   when I click the message away, I get: “The server could not complete the request.”
 * I looked in the php-Log file, but didn’t find anything related to zip or the 
   message.

 * Is there a possibility to see a log file where the process hangs?

 * You get this message when class ‘ZipArchive’ is not enabled in your php configuration.

 * Hi Jacob,
 * thank you very much! Found the PHP.ini Editor in my hosting control panel and
   activated it, since then it works!
 * Keep up the good work and super-fast-support!
