# cannot creative "linkable" menu in header.php

 * I am trying to insert a div into the header.php of our website. the code is for
   a simple menu – linked items ( a href )
 *     ```
       <!--<div style="float: right; margin: 10px 615px 0px 0px;">
   
           <p style="z-index:99;"><a href="http://adsupnow.com">Home</a> | <a href="http://adsupnow.com/glossary">Pricing</a> |</p>
   
       </div>-->
       ```
   
 * it appears right where I want it to – but it does not hyperlink
 * not sure exactly what is going on here – even trying z-index thinking the wrapper
   was effecting it
