# Cannot Customize My Theme

 * Hi,
    I cannot seem to customize any basic themes on my domain maggiewayauthor.
   com I.e when I click on Appearance>Customize I can’t even access Appearance>Backgrounds
 * All I get is a constant loading screen which never loads.
 * I did import a WordPress blog XML file, if that gives any indications.
    Other
   than that I can’t think of why this issue is occurring as I have other sites 
   with WordPress which works fine.
