 * I cannot deactivate or remove this plugin. I does not even show up as installed
   unless I search for it. Please advise.

 * That’s weird. 🙁 I am afraid that your issue isn’t plugin related but something
   else instead.
 * Have you tried deleting plugin via ftp? Have you done the same with other plugins(
   deactivate / delete)?
