# Cannot disable COD

 * Hi I am unable to disable COD payments? I went into settings – manage COD and
   untick the enab le cash function and untick the virtual orders and clicked saved.
   And it is still enabled even though it popped up that settings is saved successfully

 * I have temporarrily wrote a code snippet to hide the COD function – but it is
   still showing as enabled in settings. Please assist

 * Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into
   trouble with Cash on Delivery — I know how frustrating it can be when something
   doesn’t behave the way you expect at checkout.
 * Just to confirm: it sounds like you’ve enabled the COD payment method, and you’ve
   unchecked the **“Virtual”** option for your product — but it’s still showing 
   as available during checkout for that product. Is that right?
 * If so, could you please share a link to the product that’s having the issue? 
   That way, we can take a closer look and help pinpoint what’s going on.
 * If the issue is a bit different from what I described, no worries at all — a
