# Cannot dowload

 * I purchased this plugin but the download does not work.
    I opened a support ticket
   which has been open for 2 days now, but I have not had a response.
 * Is there anybody here who can somehow help?

 * actually. I see the problem. It should be fixed now – give it a try. Also upgraded
   you for free because of the wait.
