Cannot edit mini side cart
-
Hi, I’m almost finishing a page I’m doing for a client/friend. Now after I solve this issue, I have to do the aesthetics. The site looks awful because I did not delve into that, but that’s another story.
The problem I’m having is the side cart (or mini cart). For some reason, it shows huge items, and does not show the “checkout” button. But if I uninstall Elementor, it shows it, but not properly, it looks bad, like not correctly in the center. I’ve been having this problem for months and cannot find the proper solution. I moved on to fix a lot of other problems I had with the site, and they are almost all solved. But this is driving me crazy. Cannot find a way to edit it. I don’t find any option or plugin that may help me.
At this point, I just want to deactivate it and use any other plugin, but I cannot do that also, because I cannot find the option or a place where I can see or check the code for the header, because this template (that is Woodstock 2.9.1) and it seems that it does not have any option.
The page was built by the Bakery Composer, but I found it super awful at that time, so I switched to Elementor and started doing everything. It has worked great (almost) so far. I have had only a couple of problems. One is this mini cart, the only one remaining.
So, the question is, can you help me to fix it/get rid of it? The best case scenario is having a nice looking mini-cart, placed where it is, not using a floating one, most of that because simetry and that.
There’s an updated version of this same theme, built in Elementor, that will solve all my problems but it’s expensive for me to afford to buy that one, so I have to try to deal with all of this. I just need to be able to edit the header or the minicart, but I need to do it, because I would have finished this site a long time ago. There’s an older topic for the same reason. I tried everything but nothing worked.
Hope you can help me! Thanks!
