# Cannot Enable Falcon Engine

 * When I click ‘save changes to the type of caching selected above’, I get a popup
   window that asks me to download my .htaccess file and also to ‘click here to 
   enable falcon engine’.
 * I cannot click on either of these links. Is this because Falcon won’t work on
   my web host, or is there something else wrong?

 * I use google chrome and added an exception for popup blocking for my site and
   still have the problem.

 * I just tried IE with no popup blocker and have same behavior.

 * I found the problem. There is some sort of conflict with another plugin ( Tribulant
   Software Newsletter). When I deactivate it, the links in the popup window work
   fine.
