 * I am facing problem to access WP-admin due to function.php corrupted after I 
   have edited it.
    Can anyone advice how to recover it? Thanks in advance.[](http://www.lexcomsolution.com)

    It show as below when I login to admin,
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in C:\Inetpub\vhosts \lexcomsolution.
   com\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\spectrum\functions.php on line 14

 * Use FTP or whatever file management tools your host provides you and restore 
   an unedited version of the `wp-content\themes\spectrum\functions.php` file.
 * If you’re not able to do that, back up the entire `spectrum` directory and then
   delete it. That will let you back into your WordPress dashboard and site.
