# Cannot ever upload files

 * I made a free product so I could do a test purchase and see if it prompts me 
   for upload after purchase. So I have the upload set up to allow up to 5 uploads,
   any file type, and The required order status to not allow customers to upload
   files being “failed”.
 * But when the “purchase” is made there is no and the customer logs into their 
   accoutn their is no ability to upload. It says:
 * The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.
 * No matter if the order says it is processing (which it automatically does until
   I hit complete), or if it says completed it gives this message. Any advice is
   appreciated!
