# Cannot export as template

 * I create a mail, want to export it as template: nothing.
    At first I thought 
   it was because `https://beacon-v2.helpscout.net/` was not in my CSP script-src
   list (Surprising: why is this plugin loaded external resources at that moment?).
   But even with that being autorized, I get an error: `Uncaught (in promise) TRANSLATION"
   errorWhileTakingScreenshot" NOT FOUND` Too bad.
