Cannot export metadata after migrate site | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi,

I have a problem with export users. I have tried different plugins and have the same problem. I have migrated my site to a new domain and host and now when I tried to export users I cannot export the new users metadata, just the old ones from the previous site. What can be the problem?

Hello,

Are you exporting the data from UsersWP->Import/Export->Users or using any plugin?

Need more detail about the case so we can advise.

I dont have this option in the free UsersWP plugin. I tried it with all of the free export user meta data plugin (example: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-export-with-their-meta-data/ ), and it always just exporting the metadata for the old users 🙁

Hi @geoffrey23b,

only the export feature of Userswp will work as we use custom database tables to store metadata.

The export option is 100% included in the free version of the plugin. Please see the screenshot below.
