Cannot Fill Contact Form Fields

    I have a problem with the contact form fields. I cannot type in any of the entries. I am experiencing the same problem with Jetpack’s forms as well.

    Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue.

    Could you please share a bit more detail about where you’re experiencing the problem? For example, are you unable to type into the fields on the frontend form, or are you referring to editing entries in the WordPress admin dashboard?

    If the issue happens on the frontend, could you please share the page URL where the form is embedded? That will help us take a closer look and investigate further.

    If you’re referring to editing entries in the admin dashboard, please note that entries are only available in the paid version of WPForms.

    If you’re using a paid license, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? 

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
