    Hello,

    I would like to see the docs on how to use email personalization parts.

    For ex. how is firstname usage should be made in the email contents?
    Like {name} or [name] or {firstname} or how?

    I would like to see all of them, not just firstname, please

    Thanks for contacting our support, we are glad to inform you that the access to our support docs section is located in the sidebar main menu options in the service panel, in there you’ll be able to find this information, you can search for a placeholder and you will get all the required steps to customize it.
