cannot find my TinyMCE

hi I just installed the TinyMCE widgets and activate it. After activating, I cannot find the the widget in my WordPress admin panel. Isn’t should be shown in “widget” under “appearance”? Can someone help to tell me why? where should the widgets to be find?
