 * Cannot tell what version I’m running, since my dashboard says “update to 3.04”
   instead of telling me my current version. That’s annoying, why can’t you tell
   me BOTH? 
 * wp-includes/version.php returns a blank page.
 * Only the mydomain/readme.html method works.
