# Cannot get Access Key

 * I just downloaded the app and get this message:
 * “SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service. Policy about
   adding new sites without authorization is OFF. Allow adding new sites from the
   CleanTalk plugin settings on the page [https://cleantalk.org/my/profile&#8221](https://cleantalk.org/my/profile&#8221);
 * I don’t have a profile, and have no idea what this means??

 * Thanks for responding. I didn’t realize that I had tried this plugin before; 
   must have been a long time ago. The biggest issue was that my admin was replaced
   by cleantalk, and not deleteable. I did manage to remove it through cpanel though,
   but that shouldn’t have happened, since only the access key was missing.

 * I have another query. I removed this plugin from my sites and am still receiving
   security report about malware, brute-force and other issues messages. Is it because
   the access keys are still active, and if this is the case, how can they be deactivated?
