Cannot get plugin to work with image links.

I have checked the option to “Add Lightbox to WordPress image links by default.” I used lightbox for the Selector field in the Settings, and I have applied data-rel=”lightbox” to the first five of my links. Can’t get the Lightbox to work (just testing on the first five image links because I have a lot of image links on this page).
