Cannot Hide “Tools” in Menu

Hi,

I have logged in in both client account and main account to check my setting, the “tools” on the menu shows up at clients account which I have already chosen to hide.

Hi, the client account is not selected and the client account is an editor.

Hello,

The “tools” is hide again without i change anything. However there is another thing i choose to hide but show up in the menu.

Do you know how to solve this?
