# Cannot import CSV

 * I don’t get an error; in fact, I get a message that the CSV uploaded successfully.
   The dropdowns are populated, but they don’t pull up any products. When I go to
   the products in the backend there are no restrictions recorded.

 * The CSV file should have UTF-8 encoding and Unix line endings.
