I have tried to make this work with the Informational pop-up and embed and in no case will the Forminator button work. No point in having a pop-up form displaying on the site that does not work is there? Very poor UX! * Also, you would not be able to see the fact that the button does not work although I appreciate you might hope to find something in Inspector but there are no errors appearing. * I have this working on a staging site [https://ivelisemedina-staging.rvy380cv-liquidwebsites.com/](https://ivelisemedina-staging.rvy380cv-liquidwebsites.com/) where you can at least see what appears and what happens when I add the Forminator form shortcode manually. The form appears and looks ok until you try to fill anything in, at which point the submit button disappears so there is no way to send the form. You might also note that the Country question on the form, which should produce a drop-down country list, also does not work. * One other point you might want to clear, as your document about adding the Form to Hustle does not clarify is whether Hustle is merely used as a means of display and that integration of the form with a mail client is required or that Hustle takes over and it is Hustle that needs to be connected to a mailing list, or maybe both?? * If you can suggest a resolution I would be very happy. Checking further, I noticed the submit button(by using browser developer) was being hidden after entering data into the name field. * Importing the form you shared, I verified that the submit button has visibility conditions set in place and this is the reason why it is not displaying during your test.
